12-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
 
Every Velux device is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. We are committed to the quality of our products and will make it right if something goes wrong.

WHAT IS COVERED
 
Our warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Electrical faults and component failures
• LED malfunction or failure
• Charging port defects
• Any defect that prevents normal operation of the device

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
 
Our warranty does not cover:
• Physical damage caused by dropping, crushing, or impact
• Water damage (unless device is rated waterproof)
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
• Damage caused by use outside of the intended purpose

HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY
 
1. Email support@shopvelux.com with:
• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video showing the defect (if possible)
 
2. Our team will assess your claim within 24–48 hours
 
3. If approved, we will either:
• Send a replacement device at no cost
• Send replacement parts
• Issue a full refund
 
You do not need to return the defective item in most cases.

EXTENDED WARRANTY
 
Extended 2-year warranty coverage is available for purchase at checkout for an additional fee. Extended warranty covers the same terms as the standard warranty for an additional 12 months.
